… Netherlands Ahoy 'and Paradiso were visited and also on the live album Live MCMXCIII you can hear that the group was still able to reproduce that equally mesmerizing and rattling sound from their official albums. This DVD provides the images for this live album, recorded in Paris. Further additions or audio options are lacking and visually the images do not offer much of a surprise. Beanstaak Cale singing the fragile Femme Fatale has something moving and the hardworking Tucker behind her battery of drums makes an impression. We already knew from the album that the group members were in full swing and were having a great time. (MR)more
