… 2002. There is a mysterious layer over the music of Dead Man Ray, which takes their sound here again and pours into wide-ranging rock songs. Daan's smoky voice adds to the greyish atmosphere, literally. Because the members of Dead Man Ray have also aged a day (beautifully captured in the introspective song Middle Aged Men).
