… and contains interesting and cool electropop. You could dance to it, but chances are you would rather settle into a comfortable chair to listen. The parallel with The xx is quickly drawn, especially since various band members can be heard as guests. The tone on In Color is more optimistic than on the xx's two CDs. Those albums were packed in black and white sleeves, while the artwork of In Color, how could it be otherwise with such an album title, contains the entire color spectrum.
