A special feature is the DVD with, in addition to an extensive documentary about the realization of the album, the controversial television film Songs Of America in which the duo is shown on tour, combined with raw images of American abuses. It is well known that in 1970 things did not go well between the duo, they parted ways that same year. This is not mentioned in either the CD booklet or the making of documentary. But none of that mutual friction resonates on this undisputed classic that is more than worth (re) listening to. (MR)more
