It's still rocking to the music of Maroon 5. The band that broke through worldwide with the mega debut (2003) has done a great job again. For CD number three, the American group consulted star producer Robert John 'Mutt' Lange ( , , ). He apparently didn't want to bend Maroon 5 too much, because not much has changed. The well-known sound of pop, funk and R&B has been modernized a bit, so
… that the band occasionally shifts towards disco, but that is where everything is said. Much remains the same and there is nothing wrong with that. Single Give A Little More must almost ensure full dance floors, the title track rocks an ounce more and Out Of Goodbyes comes by. Hands All Over is so much more than the naked lady on the cover. Although it is fair to say that it is a bit more exciting than the music on this album. (JE)more
